Who we are, and what if something goes wrong

PetFOMO is run by Techguyver Labs LLC, a US company registered in Delaware. We are a small team and we answer every message ourselves. More on the about page.

Your portrait is printed on canvas in California and ships from there to your door. Nobody prints it until you pay, and the portrait you picked is the one that gets printed.

Printing takes 1 to 3 days. Most US orders arrive 5 to 12 days after you order. We email you the tracking link the day it ships. Delivery outside the US takes 10 to 20 days.

Email support@petfomo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the canvas and the box. We send a new one or refund you in full, and you pay nothing to send it back. Keep the box until we reply.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or says delivered and you do not have it, email us. We chase the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.

Cancel before printing starts and you get all your money back. Each canvas is made just for you, so once printing has started we cannot take it back for a change of mind.
