Shipping costs
- United States, pet gear and personalized gifts: free, no minimum spend.
- United States, art prints: flat $6.85 USD per order.
- Outside the United States, pet gear and personalized gifts: flat $18.89 USD per order, or $24.99 USD for some items, shown at checkout. Art prints ship to US addresses only.
Checkout shows the exact shipping cost for your cart and address before you pay.
Delivery times
- Pet gear, United States: leaves our warehouse within 1 to 3 days and usually arrives 6 to 14 days after you order.
- Personalized gifts, United States: made for you in 2 to 5 days, then 3 to 7 days in transit, so usually 5 to 12 days after you order.
- Art prints, United States: printed within 3 days, then 1 to 5 days in transit.
- Pet gear and personalized gifts, outside the United States: usually 10 to 20 days after you order.
An order with several items can arrive as separate parcels on different days. You never pay extra for a split shipment.
Tracking
We email your tracking link as soon as each parcel ships. Parcel running late? Email support@petfomo.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and ship pet gear and personalized gifts to Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other countries listed at checkout. If your address is not listed at checkout, we do not deliver there yet.
Duties and taxes
Taxes that apply are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your customs authority, are not included in our price, and are paid by the recipient.
Address changes
Double check your address before ordering. We can correct it free of charge until your order ships. After that, email us and we will explain your redelivery options and any cost before arranging anything.
