These terms explain how purchases from PetFOMO work. Please review the product details and the policies linked below before placing an order. For questions, use our Contact form.

Products and availability

We sell pet gear — beds, bowls and feeders, toys, collars, grooming tools, seasonal outfits and party supplies — alongside a small number of original art prints. Each listing describes that item and what is included, and the product page is the accurate description. Product images come from the manufacturer or our own photography; for art prints they are digital previews, so screen and print colors can differ, and a frame is not included. Available products and delivery destinations are shown in the store and at checkout.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, item prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and total at checkout before you pay. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order and reach you if there is a problem.

An order confirmation records the order received; it is not a shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the canceled order.

Production and delivery information, available shipping services and delivery restrictions are described in our Shipping policy. Contact us if your delivery details need correcting or your order has not arrived as expected.

Cancellations, returns and problems

If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether production or shipping has started and explain the available options. See our Refund policy for returns, refunds, damaged items and incorrect orders. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
